I was fed up, then I format and install again Windows 7 and now it's OK.....
I d'ont know where was the problem, but I like very much sabnzbd and I don't want trya anything else ...

Thank for the answer ... :) No in the folder I have an empty folder admin and one file sabnzbd.ini of 1 Ko. I try to delete this file and running sabnzbd, but it create the same file ok 1 ko. I try to install and delete sabnzbd but always the same thing. I try also to install sabnzbd on other sessio...
