SABnzbd 1.0.0 (Win10) can not make into portable
Win10 SABnzbd 1.0.0 [a58bb38] put the SABnzbd.ini file in the same directory as SABnzbd.exe and delete "C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\sabnzbd" folder when start sabnzbd again, it can not recognize SABnzbd.ini file in the same directory and automatically create "C:\Users\[user]\AppData...
