I'm not aware of any issues here. Localhost will not enable access within your local network, unless you have a very weird DNS setup. You combine a bunch of programs that you don't have full understanding of yet. Try it step by step. First feed an NZB to SABnzbd and see what it makes of that. So don't use the other programs.
