where it says local host in the sabnzb host, do i just change it to 127.0.0.1

and leave the port at 8080?

thank shy, that seems to got it to work, although when sab restarts it tries to connect to the old setting which results in a non showing page, i have to retype the address you provided, it there away to set it to restart to that address

Hello just wondering when downloading a mobvie tv episode etc, you usually get sample.avi within the nzb, is there a way that sabnzb can delete sample.avi(mkv) etc like it does deleting.sfv etc?
