Oddly, I've run into this issue as well. Following the instructions I ensured that the rss_data.sab file was deleted. Upon restart the file was recreated as expected. Once the RSS feed was polled it was populated with the appropriate bookmarks but they did not proceed into my downloads list... Any s...
