It looks like moving from eu-ssl.astraweb.com to ssl.astraweb.com fixes the problem.
Could it be something the server is replying with? (i.e. language related)

Windows 2008 R2 SSL Error
Hello, I am installing SABnzbd (SABnzbd-0.6.14-win32-setup.exe) on a Windows 2008 R2 server (64-bit). It seems to run OK, however when I configure Astraweb, using SSL on port 443, it does not work. When I click on test server, I get an "Unexpected EOF" error. Do I need to do anything besid...
