Bam…fixed the problem! SABNZB was using my old API key even when I generated a new one on NZB matrix…so I went into the .ini file for sickbeard and altered it to reflect the new API key – problem solved.

do you mean Config->Index sites ? if so, it does show my new key, but the error shows the old key.

Hmm...looks like that didn't do the trick. It's still trying to use my old API key.

Thanks for the tip shypike! I did not know that SABNZBD refers to the error logs when trying to establish a new connection. I will delete all logs / history and see how it goes.

Hello forum! I hope someone could help with this. I noticed that SABNZBD was no longer downloading content. I checked the status log and could see the following (I've blanked out my true API key): https://api.nzbmatrix.com/v1.1/download.php?id=1140402&username=kickazz2k&apikey=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx...
