Never used auto-fetch either. Just enabled auto-fetch and an interval (720 minutes) and that fixes the problem. Thanks!

Also have the same problem. Running the Synoblog spk (by Zebulon) on a DiskStation 210j. Version 0.6.9 works without any issues. Upgraded to 0.6.10 (1 and 2) and have the same problem: pressing the "get bookmarks" button doesn't do anything. Cant seem to find any messages in the log either...
