I thought maybe the hard drive was having issues so I changed all the Sab folder locations to another local internal drive and I get the same thing. Always with movies, but all episodes download fine.

No virus software installed.

F: is a local internal drive with over 200GB of free space. Plus i've run into the not enough disk space issue before and sabnzbd will tell you that's what's wrong.
