I'm not sure if this is possible, but is there any way to stop uploading from happening after/during a NZB is being downloaded? I'm on a college network that doesn't like P2P traffic, and also they ban using your MAC address. As long as I'm here, how can I be sure my MAC address doesn't get tracked ...
