Alright, I was a little more patient, but it did end up resuming, just took a little long than I thought it would. 5-10 minutes

I've noticed that if I temporarily lose my internet connection, or need to manually reboot my modem, after the internet is back up, sabnzbd isn't able to resume downloading.
