I got it, figured out where I properly allow a program to the firewall and now it works. Thank you sander!

Yes I restarted everytime I made a change. Yes I can ping it.
I just turned off the firewall and now I can access it. I must have added the port wrong to the firewall then? I obviously don't want to leave it turned off.

Can't connect to web client from within network
I have just installed SABnzbd to Windows Home Server 2011 and I am able to open it up on the server itself. If I try to connect to the web client from another computer within my network I cannot get it to come up though. Whenever I try it Firefox comes back saying it timed out. I have tried ports 80...
