On OSX (I don't know about the other OS'es), when you restart SABnzbd+, the defined speed limit gets forgotten and gets set to 512kbps (limit set via menu bar item).
I couldn't find a default speed limit option or anything like that so I'm assuming it's a bug?

OSX Menubar queue count says 10 but only 9 displayed
Not a big issue at all but it's just an inconsistency: the OSX menu bar item says it should display the lat 10 items in the queue, but it actually displays only 9 (with having 10+ items in the queue).
