I had it on the default and then switched to 4sec and the same behavior happened. I just went ahead and set the speed limit in config>general and that seems to do the trick.

I'm using sabnzbd 0.6.5 with the Plush interface. Every time I set a download speed limit and click save, the download limit will work. But when I close the page and recheck it, the limit is reset and my download speed is back to unlimited. The interface skin doesn't matter as I've also tried with s...
