Suddenly can't get NZBIndex RSS feeds

This has only stopped working in the last few days but my NZBIndex RSS feed no longer works. This is the URL I'm using: http://www.nzbindex.nl/rss/?q=web-dl+-xxx+-NLSubs+-NLsub+-NL.subbed+-NL.Subs+-xvid+-Dubbed+-kere.ws+-%22NL+SUB%22+-%22NL.+subbed%22+-%22WES+NL%22%27&sort=agedesc&max=200 Wh...

Python errors on startup

Been getting this for a while when sab first starts at logon after a reboot: Python WNDPROC handler failed TypeError: restart() takes exactly 2 arguments (5 given) Python WNDPROC handler failed TypeError: restart() takes exactly 2 arguments (5 given) Python WNDPROC handler failed TypeError: restart(...

Re: Lost sabnzbd.ini - any way to recover RSS settings?

Thanks shypike, I spent a few hours on it and my feeds are all set up again now - I have taken a backup of the ini file for safe keeping! Yes, I tried removing the file (had a look at it first of course but it was 21kb of null characters). The .bak was exactly the same so whatever backup mechanism s...

Lost sabnzbd.ini - any way to recover RSS settings?

I just upgraded from 0.7.3 to 0.7.4Beta2 and upon starting it complained that my sabnzbd.ini file was invalid and I should delete or rename it. I tried both but the error kept reappearing. I deleted the file again and re-ran the installer and this time I got the wizard. I had to put my server detail...

Re: RSS feeds broken??

Thanks shypike, so is that the cause of the (0) readouts for matched and unmatched on the web interface? It took me a while to arrive at nzbindex as the RSS feed of choice but I settled on it because it offered the most powerful filtering on it's feeds. You can set min/max sizes, specify 1 or more g...

Re: RSS feeds broken??

Hi, I've mailed the file as requested. Huge difference in the console now I've deleted the rss data file - I see lots and lots of "Trying Title" lines on startup, before I was only seeing 2 of those (and that's across 4 feeds which should total 350 titles to check). As expected, the web in...

Re: RSS feeds broken??

Hi shypike, I've got 4 feeds, all coming from nzbindex.nl. I just shutdown sab and ran the -console executable, at startup I can see it reading all 4 feeds and each one just states "Done Parsing [RSS URL]" and after the last one rss_data.sab gets updated. I then tried navigating to the Fee...

Re: RSS feeds broken??

I've just noticed this issue (running 0.6.7 on Win7 x64) and deleting the rss_data.sab file fixed it. However a couple of hours later, I'm now seeing the same problem again. If I go into the [Filter] tab for any of my feeds, they're showing (0) matched and (0) unmatched. Clicking [Read Feed] doesn't...

Re: Unpack without directory structure?

Update: I'm an idiot. On the Config -> Sorting screen, I hadn't highlighted all of the entries in the Affected Categories list and therefore the naming was not being applied and sab was falling back on using the "NZB as folder name" method. For some reason, I hadn't realised you could high...

Re: Unpack without directory structure?

OK, I have done some testing on this to try and work out what's happening and having manually downloaded a RAR set for an episode which spawned an additional folder, I've found there is no additional folder in the rar set at all. So it would seem sab is responsible for the additional folders somehow...

Re: Unpack without directory structure?

Thanks for the speedy reply. Would a sensible compromise be to have an option to collapse unneeded folders only when additional files are all covered by the cleanup list? Or is there an unsupported method I can already use to force this behaviour?

Unpack without directory structure?

I've recently been trying to get automatic downloading/naming working with RSS feeds and have just about cracked it. The only problem I have is that some posters insist on placing the main file I want (for example a 1.1GB MKV file) within a directory within the RAR archive. This seems to throw off t...

Re: NZB w/multiple RAR sets - 1 unrepairable set prevents extraction of all

Thanks for the speedy reply and I look forward to this being implemented. Meanwhile I will try to remember to download stuff like the above as separate NZBs to avoid lengthy manual processing should a repair fail.  This is a minor niggle though, I love everything else about sab so thanks!
