I have "Flash" and "HDD" if I remember correctly (im at work at the minute). In the "HDD" folder there is two more folder "Config" and "Data" so I tried pointing it to /mnt/hdd/data/downloads but then sabnzbd just doesnt download anything (doesnt sho...

The files should be in /usr/lib or /usr/bin depending on the type of file (at least that's the case for me in Slackware 12.1), I think you can also have them in the sabnzbd folder, if that works easier. To put the download on another disk I assume it would be to set the completed download directory...

Did you ever sort this out? I am having the same problem and have tried everything you did with the same results.
