Have you forwarded port 13137 on your router to your PC? Are you trying to access remotely from inside your internal network? If so then that wont work. You can't 'loop back' to your internal network, going outside then back in. Try it from another PC outside your network, at a mates for example. T...

Just upgraded to the 0.5.3 RC1 and it's still the same locally it connects fine, it just won't see it on the interwebs.
Might have something to do with Win7? But I don't know what :/
