20 connections set, virgin say that 50mb users dont get traffic management
No cache set, but now i have put in 150MB
This is very embarrassing but im using a Laptop Acer Aspire 3690 Intel Celeron CPU 430 @ 1.73GHZ 150RAM 200gb HDD

Hi All, im new to this Newsgroup scene was wondering if someone could help I am on Virgin Media 50MB broadband and using Astraweb Unlimited DSL..... when downloading a NZB which is so far a 45gb blu-ray the speed is bouncing everywhere from 400KB/S to 3MB/S :'( Ive read that 50mb should peek atleas...
