In the days of NZBmatrix things were easier... NZB were grouped correctly...sabnzbd would recognise a movie and put it in the correct container and repair, unpack & delete... Perfectly These days however the NZB indexers do not seem to group them correctly... When a movie NZB is added to sab it ...

Doh!!! figured it out, it was not resolving properly due to my ISP recently updating the systems. My DNS settings did not change automatically due to me having static settings on my unraid server. What gave it away was that in the connections tab it was saying resolving address, and also it couldn't...
