I am using Plush. Changed to my prefer skin which is classic - lightblue and drop down appears. Will get back to you with a screenshot.

Which unrar program do you have? You should use the commercial (but free) unrar by RarLabs. Do you get a compatibility warning? I am currently using UNRAR 3.92 beta 1 freeware on my NAS box.
