Yes every time I started new I kept the old ini file with all my rss stuff. I also wiped the cache folder. All I needed to do was create a new ini file. I still have the old ini file. Ok figured it out. I just needed to use a fresh sabnzbd.ini file. My old one with all my settings must have had something funky in it from the last version.

Cannot keep a steady speed during download
I had version .5.1 rc1 on for a while without a problem. Download speed stayed at 1.4 MBps. Recently I decided to use apt-get to update to .5.2. Now when I download the speed fluctuates. IT will go up to 1.1MBps and down to .2MBps and over and over again. I have tried completely uninstalling it alon...
