Thanks for your help. I downloaded the par2 files and installed MacPAR deLuxe. MacPAR repaired the faulty files and then unpacked and assembled the whole collection. I'm looking forward to seeing this feature in SABnzbd version 0.6.0.

I downloaded 12GB but no par2 sets were included in the nbz. Unpacking failed with a CRC error. If I downloaded the par2 files in a separate set can I rerun the repair? Or do I have to download the 12GB plus par2 set again?
