Yep, it all worked fine in the end thank god

Mmm no new RAM but my HDD has a bad sector (I assume Scandisk marks it as unusable to stop it being written to) - Can hdd cause it, or only RAM?
I know either way I'm up for buying a new HDD, but it'll be a couple months.

I've been getting some CRC errors on my last few downloads, and some appear to be of been corrupt, which I've had to repair but downloading the remaining bits for a seperate source.
