Thank you, that's nifty. Not quite what I had in mind as it's not portable, I would still need to install sabnzbd.
It is an easy way of pointing to a sabnzbd.ini file I've got in my dropbox though, so not a bad solution.

In windows I've taken advantage of the portable option for sabnzbd to put my sabnzbd installation and settings in my dropbox folder.
