SABnzbd, Sickbeard, CouchPotato, and Plex are all running on my Mac mini. 

I've narrowed down the culprit to my iMac.  When that machine is off, the message goes away. When it's on, it appears in the logs.  I have no idea what's on the iMac that is causing this.

As as FYI, even when those other programs were running, nothing was set to poll every 30 minutes.  SickBeard refreshes every 60 minutes.  CouchPotato is set to refresh every 24 hours.  I can't find anything that runs every 30 minutes.

I'm trying to maintain the original downloaded file name.  And the %fn pattern is supposed to preserve this according to the documentation.  The substitution occurs in the interface (i.e. the examples shows /Volumes/Media/file), but when the server processes a download, it creates a directory struct...
