What happens is the following : When sabnzbd+ downoads the files , it downloads them into incomplete (Or temp if you wnat to call it like that) When it is done downloading , it unpacks it to : complete\categoryname   (if you use a category) After it is done unrarring , sickbeard uses the postproces...

because as far as I know, that's SickBeard's task.

OK, if someone else has this problem here is the fix. 1) Turn off UAC in Windows 7 http://www.onlinecomputertips.com/windows/uac.html This probably didn't solve the issue but it was part of my process.
