Thanks, simple copy and paste of the relevant section, restart and all is working. Awesome. 

It'll take a while to get used to Plush but I may as well start now to get ready for v.60 

Is there a file with my rss list in it that can be moved to a fresh Windows install on a new computer or am I forced to recreate the list of more than 40 items?

It does for me. Any category that doesn't match gets added to Sabnzbd, but TV and Movies works as is.
